ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Emilia  and Loto Coaching is a place where transformation begins. "Loto" (in Italian) means lotus flower and  I chose this name because the lotus flower  thrives in muddy waters, rising above the darkness to blossom into something beautiful. ​Just like the lotus, I believe everybody has the ability to rise, transform, and flourish, no matter where they are in their journey.

My goal is to use my coaching knowledge to create a non judgmental place to unpack and understand what holds you back and help you be the person they want to be and reach your goals.

HOW DID I GET INTO COACHING?

​​In 2018, my journey into coaching began unexpectedly when I stumbled upon an introductory training session.

Admittedly, I approached it with skepticism, doubting its potential to impact my life's trajectory. Yet, against my initial reservations, I found myself captivated. Since then, I've undergone rigorous training to become a certified transformational coach through the esteemed Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, I hold qualifications as an ICF-accredited Corporate Coach and am certified as an NLP practitioner, integrating Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques into my coaching practice.

For the past two decades, my professional path has been rooted in higher education, where I've dedicated myself to teaching Academic English. Originating from Sicily, my journey has taken me across Italy, from Rome to Milan, before settling in London, which I now proudly call home.I have a partner, I am a mum of two beautiful girls and I am a stepmom.
