ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Emilia and I am passionate about my job as a transformational coach.

I believe people can change. I believe everybody can be the best version of themselves if they are  willing to challenge their own beliefs and thoughts.

I love helping people discover their potential and see them blossom. 

My goal is to use my coaching knowledge to create a non judgmental place to unpack and understand what holds people back and help them be the person they want to be and reach their goals.

In 2018, my journey into coaching began unexpectedly when I stumbled upon an introductory training session. Admittedly, I approached it with skepticism, doubting its potential to impact my life's trajectory. Yet, against my initial reservations, I found myself captivated. Since then, I've undergone rigorous training to become a certified transformational coach through the esteemed Animas Centre for Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Additionally, I hold qualifications as an ICF-accredited Corporate Coach and am certified as an NLP practitioner.

For the past two decades, my professional path has been rooted in higher education, where I've dedicated myself to teaching Academic English. 

Originating from Sicily, my journey has taken me across Italy, from Rome to Milan, before settling in London, which I now proudly call home.

I have a partner, I am a mum of two beautiful girls and  I am a stepmom.
